Residents in collaboration with authorities in Kisaigi Ward in Kakindo Town Council in Kakumiro District have on Friday rolled out mass killing of stray dogs to check the increased cases of dog bites. Viito Kyamanywa, the Village Chairperson of Kisaigi cell has told Kyaka fm that the mass killing of the stray dogs on Friday saw 7 dogs killed and this follows the biting of a 10-year-old child and many domestic animals.
